Customers almost always describe a shipment in items rather than kilograms: two bags of garri, a carton of dried fish, a suitcase of clothes. That is fine. Tell us what is in it and we will weigh it and confirm the price before anything ships.

- It travels with the next UK-bound consignment.

Packing for this service
One recipient per parcel
Splitting a shipment between two households at the UK end costs more than sending two parcels, and allowances are counted per person.
Seal liquids twice
Palm oil is the usual culprit. Seal the lid, bag the bottle, then bag it again.
Write the recipient's UK phone number on the box
Not just on the paperwork. The most common delay at the UK end is a recipient we cannot reach.
What it costs
Cargo is priced per kilogram, and the rate falls as the shipment gets heavier. Tell us what you are sending and we confirm the price before anything moves.
Before you send
UK rules on what may be imported from Nigeria are stricter than most senders expect. Meat and dairy are banned outright, dried fish is allowed up to 20kg per person, and most fresh produce needs a plant health certificate.

- Can I send more than one parcel?
- Yes, and it is often better to. Allowances such as the 20kg fish limit are counted per person, so two parcels to two relatives are treated separately.
- Is there a minimum size?
- Ask us. Very small parcels are often better sent by courier, and we will say so rather than take a booking that does not serve you.
