We are new, and we will not pretend otherwise
We do not have customer reviews yet. Savoy Snowball is a new business, and we would rather say that plainly than fill this page with testimonials nobody can check.
When we do have them, they will be public on Google where you can read them yourself, including any that are not flattering.
This is a fair question to ask about us, so here is an honest answer to it. These are the checks worth making on any freight forwarder on this route, including this one.
Registration, not reviews
Section 18(2) of the CRFFN Act No. 16 of 2007 means no firm may practise as a freight forwarder in Nigeria unless registered with the CRFFN. That is checkable today, and a lot of the cheapest operators on this route cannot show it.
A physical address you can visit
Ours is Prince Place Event and Bar, 124 Sagamu Road, Ikorodu. Walk in, see where cargo is weighed and logged, and ask whoever is there what happens next.
Whether they will tell you what you cannot send
Ask directly whether you can send meat. The correct answer is no. A company that says yes has not read the rules your cargo will be judged against.
Whether the price survives contact with your actual shipment
A rate per kilogram is not a price until the minimum weight and collection charge are applied. Ask for the total.
Review volume, once it exists — not the average
A business with four reviews tells you almost nothing whatever its score, and one with thirty tells you a great deal even if a few are poor. Weigh the count, not the stars.
The longer version is on how to choose a shipping company in Nigeria, which covers every type of provider on this route, not just us.
Our Google Business Profile is being set up. Once it is live this is where the link will be, and we will ask you directly when your shipment arrives.
Tell us before you tell Google, and give us the chance to put it right. We would far rather fix a problem than read about it. If we cannot fix it, leave the review anyway — a company with no bad reviews at all is either very new or not being straight with you.
